How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and perform engagements, communicate about work, issue invoices, process payments, maintain business records, protect our services, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. CRESVANE Studio does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. Stripe's handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.
Service providers
Project-inquiry form responses are collected through Notion. Limited information may also be processed by providers that support website hosting, email, file storage, invoicing, payment processing, and professional operations. We do not sell personal information.
Website information
Our hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect this website, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, and request logs. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this site.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate business records.
